Make your own frozen yoghurt!


Yesterday I got this fantastic idea of making my own homemade frozen yoghurt! I have lately been so addicted to frozen yoghurt, and even though this isn’t hasn’t the type of texture as regular frozen yoghurt, it tastes delicious 😀

I made a set last night and I was so excited when I woke up to try them out, and they blow me away with the taste since I loved them. As you see I made mine in a ice cream holder so they look like real popsicles, which makes the hole thing even more funnier. The frozen yoghurt is so easy to make, but the only thing that is enjoying is that it need some time in the freezer, but if you do it in the evening you’ll have them all done by the next morning.

I’ll write out the recipe here, if even you can call it a recipe because it’s so simple to make, but here is a kind of description on how to do the frozen yoghurt.

Nutrition content:

Calories: 116 for 4 frozen yoghurt ( then it leaves us with only 29 calories in one)

Protein: 7 g

Fat: 1 g

Carbohydrates: 20 g

Frozen yoghurt:

  • 150 g low fat natural yoghurt
  • 1 chopped kiwi
  • 2 tsk stevia


1. Chop the kiwi into small pieces and but it in a bowl with the yoghurt and the stevia, and blend well with a spoon.

2. Take the popsicle holder and pour the frozen yoghurt into 4 different popsicles. Freeze during the night, DONE! 😀
