This morning I tried a quite different smoothie from what i usually makes! Don’t let the color scare you away because the taste were surprisingly good. It contains loads and loads of good vitamins and protein and I actually call this smoothie the energy booster 😀
I wanted to share this recipe with you guys since it really is something to try out, it’s good for our bodies!
Recipe for mango spinach smoothie:
- Fresh baby spinach
- Low fat yoghurt
- Low fat quark
- Optional avocado
1. Take a blender and just start pouring everything in it, I never uses any measurements when I do smoothie, I just goes with the flow!
2. If you want the smoothie to become even more creamier and contain good fat I would recommend you to have some avocado in there too.
3. Mix everything well and taste if you think you need to add anything more of some ingredient, pour up in a nicely glass and top with some chopped baby spinach and a banana piece, done 😀
