As you probably now by now I’m a real smoothie drinker and usually makes my smoothie daily for my breakfast that’ replacing the coffee mug! Recently many of you guys have been wondering how I make my smoothie and what type of ingredients, so I think the picture above speaks for itself 😀
Picture 1: Here you see all the ingredients I uses and it’s: Low fat yoghurt, low fat quark, raspberries, blueberries and a banana that is now showing!
Picture 2: Put everything in a blender and mix just a bit
Picture 3: Add a tbsp of flaxseeds and start blending again, but this time until it’s fully processed.
Picture 4: Pour up in some fancy glasses and cheer with a friend 😀
