Delicious smoothie

Here is a recipe for a super simple, but so delicious smoothie! I love smoothies and I always drink different smoothies daily after school. But this recipe is one of my favorites:

Nutrition content:

Calories: 209

Carbohydrates: 37 g

Protein: 10 g

Fat: 2 g

 

Recipe for smoothie: ( is enough for about 2 persons)

1 banana

150 g low fat natural yoghurt

2 -3 tsp low fat quark

20 g frozen blueberries

35 g frozen raspberries

Description: 

1. Just blend everything in a blender, pour everything in a little more funnier glass and enjoy! 😀
