So yes, 7 kilometer were the distance I ran yesterday evening. As I have said before your relaxing your body and brain while you’re working out so I really needed that run to clear my minds a bit. The running went really well actually and I burned 510 calories and had a high pulse during the entire workout. Thanks to all who helped me yesterday with nice and supporting comments 🙂
I’ve all though had a quite tuff day today and it was much harder at work than usual but I stood out the day anyway. I’m just going to be home tonight with my mom for a cozy evening with tasty food and watch a movie.
