This soup I threw together the entire 15 minutes! Absolutely incredible that it went so fast and it’s so good: D Would really recommend this soup, nutritious, creamy and good, can not get better. I topped my soup with 2 pieces of GI bread and a little rosemary 🙂 Perfect as a quick lunch or dinner! Check out the recipe below:
Super Easy healthy soup:
5 cups water
1/2 cube vegetable stock
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese
250 g green vegetables (broccoli, peas, spinach, etc.)
salt and pepper
So do this:
1. Take a pan and boil the water with the broth. Cut any larger vegetables into smaller pieces.
2. When the water is boiling, put down all the other ingredients and stir well, allow to stand and cook for 10 minutes.
3. Serve warm, like a dollop of cream cheese on top, DONE: D
