The risotto ready to be eaten
Wow, this was just too delicious to be that healthy!! I came up with this recipe for healthy risotto yesterday. It might doesn’t look that good but I can assure you that the taste is something completely different!
This risotto isn’t just delicious and healthy but it’s also super easy to make in just a frying pan. Next time I’m making this I’m definitely gonna make a large amount so I can bring it to my work as a lunch which I did today 🙂
Here comes the recipe for healthy risotto:
- 370 g whole grain bulgur
- 225 g turkish yoghurt
- 1 chopped chicken breast
- 1/2 yellow onion
- 2 pressed garlics
- 60 g green peas
- 30 g chicken and vegetable broth
1. Boil the bulgur. Fry the yellow onion in some olive oil . Add the chicken, garlics, broth,peas and the turkish yoghurt all in the frying pan.
2. Blend everything and let the risotto simmer a bit on a low heat while blending.
3. Serve warm with a slice of lemon or lime. Done 😀
