I have recently returned home from the gym after doing triceps and back, went okay, forgot my headphones and god hard it was to work then! I always psyched to my music, I have to make sure that I have them for tomorrow 🙂
I wanted something special as a post-workout meal after I got home from the gym, so I made a healthy steak stew! It was really tasty and so simple to do, takes about 10-15 minutes: D Hope you try this recipe, that you will not regret!
Shapeness healthy steak stew: (enough for 2 people)
- 3-4 thin steak slices
- 170 g lightly Turkish yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp veal stock
- 3/4 tbsp soy sauce
- 1-2 pressed garlic
- salt and pepper
1. Slice the steak slices in fairly thin oblong slices, I folded it in half and then cut everything into small slices. Heat up a frying pan with a little olive oil and fry until they’ve got nice and brown.
2. Add the crushed garlic, Turkish yogurt, soy, veal Fund and any salt and pepper and stir well. Let simmer for a few minutes, about 3.
3. Serve hot with whole grain pasta, bulgur, salad or whatever you want, done 😀
